Deposit Payment

 

• A deposit is required to confirm each booking of MiaBelle Photography & Doula. The amount will vary according to the type of service and will be mentioned on the booking email.

• Bookings are made on a strictly first-come first-served basis.

• Dates will only be secured upon confirmed receipt of the deposit and the completed
  booking form. MiaBelle Photography & Doula will provide confirmation by email.

• Balance of payment – payable within 10 working days of client receiving images with watermark.

• Edited images will be released upon payment of the final balance.

 

Payment:

 

The deposit payment can be only be made by:

• Bank transfer.

• Paypal.

The balance can be paid by:

• Bank transfer.

• Paypal.

• In cash on the shooting day.

 

Prices and Agreement

 

• All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Prices and specifications are subject to change.

• If the time slot is affected due to the client then the price will be modified to reflect this and/or the time slot may be rescheduled with an additional deposit to hold the date.

• A large number of photos are taken during a session and the price includes an agreed number of fully edited photos, either agreed in advanced or chosen editing package.
  Clients can request additional fully edited photos from the portfolio and these will be charged as follows: £10 per edited image or £8 when ordering over 3 edited images.

• The client will receive all of the digital images from the session from which to choose their edited photos. All photos sent at this stage will be unedited and watermarked. 

• The client has 14 days to pay the balance of the payment after they have received the watermarked unedited photos. 

• Once full payment has been received and post production is completed, MiaBelle Photography & doula will send the chosen high resolution JPEG files to the client via email or download link. 

• The agreement is concluded when the client receives the edited digital photos. 

• MiaBelle photography & Doula will make one round of discretionary corrections for technical errors. Further minor edits or alterations are entirely at the discretion of MiaBelle photography & Doula and may be chargeable. The customer is advised to make a note of everything that they wish to discuss for this one round of discretionary corrections, as any further rounds of corrections will be chargeable at the pro-rata rate as the image will be treated as a new image.   

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• The client may cancel their booking with MiaBelle Photography & Doula at any time by notifying MiaBelle Photography & Doula in writing, by email or text.

• Upon receiving a cancellation notice MiaBelle Photography & Doula will reimburse any monies, less the non-refundable deposit and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. In the event that expenses have been incurred that are not covered by monies held on account then the client agrees to reimburse MiaBelle Photography & Doula. These expenses will only be ones that the client was aware of prior to the cancellation.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation by MiaBelle Photography & Doula where it is not possible to reschedule, the client will get a full refund, including the deposit; and the client will not incur any expenses or additional charges.

 

Rescheduling Policy

 

Up to two weeks prior to the photo session:

The client may choose to reschedule the photo shoot. The client may do this once without losing the non-refundable deposit.

If the client wants to reschedule again they will lose the deposit and will need to pay another non-refundable deposit to reschedule again.

(Outdoor photo sessions only) From 2 weeks up to the day of the photo session:

The client may choose to change the date of the photo shoot without losing the non-refundable deposit if weather does not allow an outdoor session.

(Outdoor photo sessions only) On the day of the photo session:

If the weather does not permit an outdoor photo shoot then MiaBelle Photography & Doula will offer an alternative venue or reschedule. In the event of rescheduling the client will not have to pay another deposit.

MiaBelle Photography & Doula will not refund money in the event of rescheduling.

Gift Vouchers

The gift voucher is a prepaid service for the service you choose. 

Date for the photo-shoot should be scheduled with MiaBelle Photography & Doula by the receiving party when they want to redeem the voucher.
Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of issue.

Gift vouchers are not refundable, but if possible the service may be changed to suit the client provided that the modified service is equal to or less than the value of the voucher. If the client wishes to make a change that exceeds the value of the voucher then they need to pay the difference upon making a confirmed booking.

General

 

• Any additional charges incurred will be recovered from the client.

• Sessions can be anywhere in the Manchester & Stockport area. I will be happy to travel further away but this will incur travel expenses of £1 per mile from and back to Cheadle SK8.

Copyright

All images and content on the MiaBelle Photography & Doula website and produced for clients is legally protected by UK & International copyright laws. 

Under NO circumstances is it permitted to use images or content in shared media (e.g. facebook, Instagram, paper posters, etc) or for commercial purposes, without crediting and explicit written prior permission from MiaBelle Photography & Doula or their legal advisors.
Images may be used for personal use, as in screen savers or electronic photo frames, or printed out for household decor, but unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by Copyright law and will be prosecuted. We will protect our copyright interests. 
MiaBelle Photography & Doula retains all of the copyrights to all images and content on this site, and produced for clients, regardless of having sold the original image.  You must contact MiaBelle Photography & Doula or their legal advisors in order to use any images or content for sharing or commercial purposes, whether or not you now own the original artwork.
